Volunteer invasive species removal focuses on protecting native plants and restoring balance to local ecosystems. Volunteers work alongside trained staff to identify and remove invasive plants that crowd out native species, degrade wildlife habitat, and alter soil and water conditions. Activities may include hand-pulling, cutting, or other low-impact removal methods, with all tools and instruction provided. No experience is necessary—just a willingness to get your hands dirty and make a lasting difference on the landscape.

Volunteer trash cleanup helps protect natural areas by removing litter and debris that harm wildlife, pollute waterways, and degrade the landscape. Volunteers work together to collect and properly dispose of trash from forests, streets, streams, and restoration sites, improving both ecosystem health and community pride. All supplies and safety guidance are provided, and no experience is required—just a willingness to show up, pitch in, and leave the land better than you found it!
